• Billing and Payment Information: If you upgrade to a paid subscription, your payment details are collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• Website Usage Data and Cookies: Information about how you use our Websites, including your IP address, browser type, and browsing history. We utilise cookies and Google Analytics to monitor usage and performance, subject to your consent preferences.
• Platform Usage Data: Information regarding your interactions with the Platform, including the analysis tools you select, search parameters, and your monthly token consumption.
• Query Data: The specific questions, documents, and prompts you submit to the Temigis AI engine to generate insights.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and process platform enrolment requests.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our public Websites.
• To monitor the usage and performance of our Websites.
• To notify you about updates or changes to our services.
• To authenticate your identity and secure your executive access.
• To process your intelligence queries and return accurate, cited insights.
• To manage your subscription, process payments, and enforce monthly token limits.

• To train, develop, and improve the accuracy, speed, and contextual awareness of the Temigis artificial intelligence models and algorithms (unless you are on a subscription tier that explicitly opts out).

We do not sell, rent, or share your Platform data with third-party marketers or external vendors.

Your data is only processed through our secure, proprietary architecture and essential, vetted infrastructure partners (such as Google Cloud and our payment processors) who are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except with your explicit consent, to comply with legal obligations, to protect and defend our rights and property, or to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with our public Websites.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

We take the security of your personal information seriously and use appropriate, industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We understand that your strategic inquiries may be highly sensitive.

All queries, account details, and platform interactions are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-leading Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. We enforce strict internal access controls to ensure your intelligence gathering remains strictly confidential. In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.

6. Data Retention, UI Controls, and Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request the deletion of your personal information, and withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data at any time.

Dashboard Controls (Soft Delete): For your convenience, the Platform allows you to hide past sessions from your Chat History panel.

Please note that this action only hides the chat from your personal interface.

Because Temigis is an enterprise decision-support tool, the underlying query data and system logs are securely retained in our database for diagnostic, security, and enterprise auditing purposes.

Right to Erasure (Hard Delete): As an authorised user, you maintain the right to access, update, or request the permanent deletion of your personal data under applicable privacy laws (such as the Australian Privacy Principles or GDPR). To ensure secure and compliant removal across our enterprise architecture, permanent data erasure is processed through a formal request to our support team.
